If iLoader can't sign in with your Apple ID or your two-factor authentication code won't work, use the steps below. Most fixes are about getting the exact credentials and allowing time for the 2FA session.
Step 1: Confirm your Apple ID credentials
- Enter the correct Apple ID email and password.
- If you recently changed your password, sign in again and retry.
- Some Apple accounts are sensitive to formatting—try lowercasing the email if you see consistent password/login errors.
Step 2: Make sure 2FA is enabled
- Check your Apple ID security settings and ensure two-factor authentication is turned on.
- Have access to the trusted phone number/device before retrying.
Step 3: Enter the 2FA code quickly
- When iLoader prompts you for a code, enter it promptly (2FA codes expire quickly).
- Don't switch away from the sign-in prompt for too long while waiting.
Step 4: Improve your connection and retry
- Use a stable internet connection (Wi‑Fi or a reliable network).
- If login fails, wait a minute and retry sign-in.
Step 5: If credential storage fails (keychain/secret service)
On some setups, iLoader may show messages related to credential storage. In those cases:
- Try disabling “store credentials” (if the option exists) and sign in again.
- Or sign in without saving credentials so SideStore install/refresh can proceed.
