If you see “Unable to Verify App” or an integrity-style verification error, iOS is refusing to run the app because it can’t validate the signature or trust relationship. This is usually fixable by trusting the profile, refreshing the app, or reinstalling with a clean certificate.
Step 1: Trust the Developer Profile
- Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
- Tap the developer profile related to your Apple ID / SideStore.
- Tap Trust.
If the profile isn’t there, the app may not be correctly signed on the device—continue below.
Step 2: Refresh the App (SideStore)
With a free Apple Developer account, apps expire after about 7 days. If the app is expired, refresh it:
- Follow: How to Refresh SideStore Apps
Step 3: Reinstall the App with iLoader
- Connect your device via USB.
- Open iLoader and ensure your device is detected.
- Reinstall SideStore (if needed) or re-sideload the IPA.
See How to Install IPA on iPhone for the full workflow.
Step 4: Fix Certificate / Signing Limits
If you hit Apple’s limits, installs and verification can break until you clean up:
- 3-app limit: Apple’s 3 App Limit
- Revoked certificate: Fix Revoked Certificate
If You Installed from a Website (Enterprise / “No PC”)
Some web installs use enterprise certificates. When those are revoked, iOS shows verification/integrity errors. The most stable fix is switching to developer-signing sideloading via iLoader + SideStore:

- PC-free limitations: Sideloading Without Computer
