If iLoader doesn't list your iPhone or iPad on Windows, you won't be able to install SideStore or sideload apps. Follow these steps in order.
Step 1: Use a data-capable USB cable
- Some USB cables charge only and don't transfer data.
- Try a different USB port (avoid unpowered hubs).
Step 2: Install iTunes from Apple (not the Microsoft Store)
- Download/install iTunes from apple.com/itunes.
- Restart your Windows PC after installing.
Step 3: Unlock your phone and trust the computer
- Unlock your iPhone/iPad and keep the screen awake.
- When prompted, tap Trust This Computer and enter your passcode if required.
Step 4: Restart iLoader and try again
- Close iLoader completely.
- Reconnect USB and re-open iLoader.
Step 5: Run iLoader as administrator
- Right-click iLoader and choose Run as administrator.
- If Windows blocks the connection, allow iLoader through your firewall.
